In a nutshell: Zafer, Gizem and the courier motorcycle.
Gizem Tatlısert (25) works as an accountant at a factory in Selçuklu
district of Konya and lives separately from her husband Zafer
Tatlısert. Last Thursday, Zafer went to Gizem's factory posing as a
courier. He was then able to enter the factory and shoot Gizem four
times (!), wounding her seriously.
Police trailed Zafer to a coffeehouse in Meram district, surrounded
it and watched Zafer jump from the third floor balcony to the
second floor balcony and finally to the first floor balcony, where
he was apprehended (!). Zafer explained that he loves Gizem very
much but was jealous of her. He is also a fugitive, having been
sentenced previously to 6 years in prison for wounding and
threatening.

Worst part was he forgot his Tums.
An Ethiopian drug courier coming off the Addis Ababa-Istanbul
flight at Atatürk Airport was found to have two kilograms of cocaine
in his belly, in the form of 85 capsules. Police were suspicious of
C.K.O.'s swelled stomach and actions so he was x-rayed, revealing
the capsules wrapped in condoms in his intestines.
