"Trump" Erased from Istanbul Metro Signs

Remember, Jerusalem was once part of the Ottoman Empire - the
Turks lost it to the Brits exactly 100 years ago tomorrow.

The name "Trump" was stripped from signs in the metro station at
the Şişli-Mecidiyeköy station in Istanbul overnight in reaction to
Trump's recognition of Jerusalem as Israel's capital.  The "Trump"
signs had directed people toward the "Trump Towers" buildings in
Mecidiyeköy. 


Perhaps the same will soon be done at 1600 Pennsylvania 
Avenue...
