This could re-start the Mogul Empire.
Hakan Genç is the India representative, resident in Kashmir, for the
Eskişehir-based company Savronik Companies Group. Genç fell in
love with Tabish Mirza in Kashmir but her family's elders balked at
letting her go to a foreign country as a bride. The two youths patiently
tried to convince both their families about their love, with Genç having
his parents in Istanbul watch Indian movies, listen to Indian songs and
learn about Indian culture.
Genç's parents ultimately acceded to the couple's wishes, went to
India to ask for Tabish's hand and last week the couple wed in
traditional Indian fashion. Genç, who fell in love with his wife at first
sight, said that "Both families initially objected but we were patient
and won them over. We're very happy and love each other very much.
We only hope our love will last and increase."

Genç's father is Savronik's General Director Aziz Genç, who said that
"at the wedding we felt like we were on the set of a Bollywood movie.
It was an incredibly beautiful wedding. Their love for each other
convinced both families. When Tabish's family met us they relented
on their initial objections. We hope that in the future we'll have a
big happy family with our grandchildren. " Aziz Genç added that the
future grandchildren will come to Turkey some day and learn Turkish.
Bridesmaids await the bouquet toss.
