Plans to start cooking at home henceforth.
In Kadıköy, Istanbul, on 18 August, Abdulkadir İnal (36)
was eating at a restaurant with his kids. Another customer,
Asuman Bayrak (41), looked askance at İnar and his kids
because they were making so much noise and decided to
go to the restaurant's second floor to eat.
Father-of-the-year award may have to wait a bit.
İnal went to the cashier to find out whether Bayrak had
complained about his family but the cashier said Bayrak
had said nothing of the sort. Nevertheless, İnal climbed
the stairs with a child in his arms and confronted Bayrak.
When Bayrak rose to İnal's challenge he punched her in
the eye, fracturing a bone and causing a permanent scar.
The prosecutor has asked for a jail sentence of from 2 to
6 years for İnal.
