The "courthouse" has become the "cat house" (!)
In Amasya, about 3 months ago a street cat sought refuge from the
cold in the city's 'adalet sarayı' (courthouse) and never left. So
workers there have named the cat 'Adalet' (justice) and the feline
roams the halls, naps on chairs and has become the building's mascot.
Lawyer Erdem Celalettin Türem related that Adalet "goes to the
prosecutors' floor, to the supervised release floor, to the bar, anywhere
he wants to go. He eats and likes to sleep on our chairs."

Hmmm, the fox may be having other ideas about the menu...
In Erzurum's Oltu district, Abdurrahman Ayyıldız saw a young fox
in front of his house on a cold winter day two years ago. He began
to feed the little fox, the same way he feeds the neighborhood street
dogs and cats, and now all of these animals feed at the same time
each day at his house.
Ayyıldız explained that "They say that a fox and a cat can't eat
together at the same time but you can see for yourself that they do.
In fact, the fox has just about become a member of our family and
we take great pleasure in feeding the animals in the cold winter."
Oltu district is in northeast Erzurum province.
