Mama's little boy got mad when he didn't get his allowance.
Fikar Talu (75), the mother of 4 children, lived alone in Hamit village
in Kırşehir's Kaman district. When her relatives didn't hear from her
they contacted the Gendarmerie 3 days ago. The Gendarmerie learned
that Fikar hanım's son Mehmet Talu (45), who lives in Ankara, had
come by rent-a-car to visit his mother.
Based on GPS records, the Gendarmerie was able to determine that
Mehmet Talu's car went toward Karakeçili in southwestern Kırıkkale
province and remained there for a period. A Gendarmerie team went
to the Çevik location in Karakeçili and found Fikar hanım's body
buried there.
Mehmet Talu went to Istanbul after killing his mother but on his
return, the bus he was riding in was stopped by police and the
Gendarmerie in Karamankazan district, north of Ankara city, and
Mehmet Talu was taken into custody. Heexplained to police that
he killed his mother because she refused to give him money (!).
Kaman, in Kırşehir province, is at bottom right. Karakeçili,
in Kırıkkale province, is in the center of the map.
