Amazingly, both E.F.A. and E.K. use "Epstein" as their first
names, as a show of respect to the master child predator.
A teenage girl named S., who is 15 today, became friends with with
E.F.A. at a health club in 2017. At the time, E.F.A. was 16. He
took S. to the home of his friend A.S.K., where he raped S.
Two weeks later, supposedly to apologize, E.F.A. took S. for a ride
in his car and his friend 16-year-old E.K. was in the car, as well.
E.F.A. and E.K. took S. to a secluded spot in Türközü, where they
took advantage of her.
Subsequently, S. filed a complaint and an investigation began but
because the suspects were minors they were released, pending trial.
In any event, the suspects were charged with sexual expoitation of
a child and kidnapping. However, on 16 February 2019, E.K. tried
to get S. into his car and kidnap her again (!).
S.'s lawyer Hüsniye Şimşek asked the judge to have the suspects
jailed, noting that E.K. has a long police record and had bragged
to the public prosecutor that he was "untouchable". Şimşek noted
that neither E.F.A. nor E.K. have fixed addresses, adding that "it's
almost as if they're being rewarded by being set free. The next
thing they'll do is kill the victim. The conscience of the community
must not allow my client to be left defenseless and these crime
machines emboldened. It is the responsibility of the state and the
court to protect a child."
Nevertheless, Şimşek's plea was not accepted and on 10 July, as
all concerned left the courthouse, E.F.A. wagged his finger at
Şimşek and said "I'll get even with you. You have no tomorrow."
