Just relieving some of that built-uğ baklava stress...
In Pendik, Istanbul, two traffic louts named Hüseyin and Hasan Sel,
who own a baklava shop called Seydioğlu Baklava, attacked the
car of Yunus Emre Bahçivan and his pregnant (!) wife Ayfer at
around 19:30 on Saturday evening.
The incident occurred on the E-5 highway when the Sel brothers
cut off Bahçivan, jumped out their car and began to batter Bahçivan's
car. The pregnant Ayfer hanım began shouting for the Sels to stop
in consideration of her condition but to no avail. Fortunately,
Bahçivan recorded the attack on his cellphone.
In their statement to police yesterday (Monday), the Sel brothers
claimed they were in a rush to get to their sick mother in Kastamonu
so they were under great stress (!). Nevertheless, both of them were
taken into custody and jailed.
In less stressful times.
