The dog's the lucky one.
Lawyer Kübra Oktay, who is known for her animal advocacy, adopted
a puppy left at an animal shelter in Ordu and named the dog "Romeo".
However, when Kübra hanım took Romeo to the vet the dog was found
to have Parvovisus. With treatment, Romeo recovered but then died
from another disease.
Kübra hanım informed her supporters via social media of Romeo's
passing but Sinem Umaş responded that Kübra hanım was to blame
for Romeo's death, writing: "based on what we have learned, the dog
was injected with needles without understanding what the problem
was. The poor animal moaned all night before dying. But where is
Kübra? She's in Bodrum and putting on a show with her videos!"
Kübra hanım's lawyer filed this complaint against Sinem hanım:
"Sinem Umaş is clearly subjecting my client to psychological
harm and causing irreparable damage to her reputation. We suspect
that Sinem Umaş has mental problems and ask that she be sent to
the forensic medicine institute for a determination of her mental
state."
