Professor Gulay Yedekci, head of the Engineering-Architecture
Faculty at Istanbul Yeni Yuzyil (New Century) University, has
signed off on projects to establish life on Mars. In this regard,
Prof. Yedekci stated that "Turkey will have a say in establishing
life on Mars. Within a year we will share with the public at
least three separate alternative projects related to 100 people
living on Mars for a year. This is our target as scientists."
