Seniors, who have been cooped up at home for the past 50 days, will
be allowed to walk around outside between 1100 and 1500 on Sunday,
11 May. The seniors must wear masks and cannot drive cars. Those
needing helpers to assist them in walking must apply for exceptions.
Experts have been warning that continued "stay-at-home" restrictions
for seniors are aggravating heart and artery problems because of
inactivity. They recommend that seniors walk for short intervals on
Sunday and drink liquids regularly.

Benches, which seniors are fond of sitting on for close chats with
friends, have been altered in some municipalities to enforce social
distancing.
