He's keeping score.
At about 0800 on Saturday morning at the rail crossing in Ergene district
of Tekirdağ province, a freight train heading from Edirne to Çerkezköy
hit a minibus driven by Bilal Küllü, killing six people in the minibus and
injuring seven.
After the incident, train engineer M.A.K. posted the following message
on social media: "My body count is now 16, 6 short of two football teams."
M.A.K. was admonished by other social media users not to say such a thing
but he dismissed the criticism. Later he erased his posting.
Turkish Railways has issued a statement decrying M.A.K.'s posting and
started an investigation.
