Understandable concern, what with 1.3 billion butts to tend.
Officials at the Heavenly Temple Park in Beijing, China, have
installed a face-recognition device to prevent the theft of
toilet paper from the busy rest room in the park. Anyone wanting to
use toilet paper must take off his cap and glasses and stand before
the high-definition camera for 3 seconds.
Sharing not discouraged, but it's a personal decision.
Those individuals the camera sees too often are turned away and
anyone wanting to use the toilet a second time must wait 9 minutes.
The machines provide 60 and 70 centimeter sheets of toilet paper to
acceptable patrons.

Name aside, the resemblance is uncanny...
In India, a maritime engineer (25), named Saddam Hüseyin by his
grandfather at his birth, has been unemployed for 5 years. The
Indian Saddam graduated with honors from Noor ül İslam University
in Tamil Nadu state and most of his classmates have found jobs.
But maritime companies have turned Saddam away more than 40
times, making him think that his name is to blame. Saddam has
gone to court to try to change his name but the Indian bureaucracy
moves slowly. In any case, Saddam does not blame his grandfather
for naming him after the Iraqi dictator 25 years ago.
