Fighting (stereotypes) like cats and dogs.
In the Kepez district of Antalya, a dog nursing a kitten abandoned by
its mother has captured the attention of onlookers. When a kitten
arrived at a repair shop in the Zeytinlik neighborhood, the owner,
Kemal Bölük, provided it with some milk.
However (!), Bölük was taken by surprise when he discovered that his
"toy poodle"— a dog he keeps at the workplace—was nursing the kitten
that morning. Speaking to an Anadolu Agency (AA) reporter, Bölük
mentioned that he had shared the sight of the dog’s affectionate behavior
toward the kitten with other local business owners.
Noting the common belief that cats and dogs do not get along, Bölük said,
"Contrary to this idea, my dog and the kitten—which had been abandoned
by its mother—have formed a wonderful bond. The two now live together
in harmony at the shop."
