Mustafa bey, before and after.
Details have emerged about the murders of brothers Mustafa and
Emin Tezdonen in Kiziltepe district of Mardin province. Two years
ago, Mustafa Tezdonen married Mehtap hanim but abused her
violently during their marriage. When Mehtap hanim returned to
her home and filed a divorce suit, Mustafa began to threaten her so
she would return to him. (!)
The day before yesterday Mehtap hanim went to a wedding ceremony
with her grandparents Ibrahim Y. and Perihan Y. As they were on
their way home after the wedding, the Tezdonen brothers blocked
their car and Mustafa tried to forcibly put Mehtap hanim into his
car. But grandfather Ibrahim Y. grabbed his gun from inside his
car and shot the brothers dead. Ibrahim Y. then fled and is being
sought by police.
