By the way, "dur" means "stop"...
In Menteşe district of Muğla province, police got a tip about a drunk
driver, identified as Ünal Karataş (45). Arriving at the scene, police
ordered Karataş to stop but he continued on so policeman Muzaffer
Ertürk (42) threw himself on the front hood of the car. (!)

Nevertheless, Karataş would not stop, turned around and drove for
two kilometers with Ertürk clinging to the hood. Finally, Karataş
jumped out of his car and attempted to flee but was captured and
taken into custody by Ertürk. Karataş's license was seized for the 3rd
time (!) and his blood alcohol reading registered at 1.38 ( the legal
limit is .50).
