                             Until the Queen gets there.

In Trabzon, a 350-acre plot of land that includes the 700-year old
Genovese "Güzelhisar Castle " became the subject of a lawsuit because
the descendants of Gümüşhaneli Üçüncü Ömer Paşa, who was the
Ottoman governor of Trabzon from 1737 to 1745, claimed that the land
belongs to them as an inheritance.

The court case dragged on for four years with the court finally deciding
that the land and the castle does indeed belong to Üçüncüoğlu family
members Adnan Güngör Üçüncüoğlu, Edhem Üçüncü, Güreses Üçüncü,
Nabi Üçüncü and Hayrettin Üçüncü.

Adnan Güngör Üçüncüoğlu, who is a researcher and writer, explained
that the family will put an "Üçüncüoğlu Castle" plaque at the entrance
to the fortress, adding that "Right now, there is a tunnel beneath the
castle and a park within it.  We will use the income from these for
orphaned children. I might even live in the castle.  I love history and
we ought to know about the past."
