Makes one think of the Romeo & Juliet balcony scene...
sort of.

In Beyoğlu, Istanbul, the day before yesterday, a group of foreigners
gathered in front of an apartment building where "travesti" (drag queens)
live, imploring them to come out. (!)  When pictures of the incident were
posted on social media they sparked widespread indignation, prompting
police to come to the scene.

A check of the crowd by police resulted in the arrest of illegal migrants:
37 Afghans, 18 Syrians, 18 Pakistanis, 8 Bangladeshis, 6 Palestinians
and 10 others from various countries.  Deportation proceedings have
begun for all of them.  In addition, 27 people charged with disturbing
the peace in Beyoğlu were each fined 277 TL (about $18).

The police asserted that individuals identifying themselves as Afghans,
Pakistanis, etc. on social media have been spreading disinformation
aimed at creating internal turmoil in Turkey and that the arrest operation
will put a stop to this.

They left with their urges unsatisfied. Now they must
take matters into their own hands.
