The yachts of Russian oligarchs continue to be welcomed in Muğla
province's famous touristic spots. Russian businessman Alexander
Grigoryevich Abramov's "Titan" mega-yacht is currently anchored
off Bodrum. The yacht took on fuel in Fethiye last Wednesday and
yesterday the $100 million yacht, which flies a Cayman Islands flag
and is 80 meters long, 13 meters wide, accommodates 19 people with
a crew of 14, has more than 30 cabins, as well as a gym, jacuzzi on
the deck and a beach club (whew!), anchored at Yalıçiftlik.
It is not known whether or not Abramov, who is one of Russia's biggest
steel producers, is on the vessel. Meanwhile, Russian oligarch Andrey
Molchanoz's 75-meter, Cayman Islands-flagged "Aurora" and Vladimir
Strzhalkovsky's 68-meter "The Ragnar" super-yachts have been brought
close to the port at Marmaris.
The "Aurora" has six luxury cabins for 12 guests, along with a helicopter
pad, while "The Ragnar" is capable of sailing in icy waters. Turkish and
foreign tourists sailing on local "mavi tur" (1-3 day cruises) have been
quite interested in the yachts.
Russian billionaire Roman Abromovich's "My Solaris" yacht has been at
Yalıkavak since 5 April and his other yacht "Eclips" remains in the
waters off Göcek Island's.

The government in Fiji has seized the $300 million, 106-meter-long
yacht belonging to Russian oligarch Süleyman Kerimov, at the request
of the U.S. Kerimov made his $13 billion fortune in gold mining.
Not a happy sailor.
