Nicknamed "Bonnie & Clyde" around Yıldırım....but
                   no more criminal offenses anticipated.

In Bursa's Yıldırım district the night before last Niyazi Kaysuk shot and
killed his sister, Yağmur, and his brother-in-law, Hidayet Demirkıran,
in the head with a pistol in front of their home. It was reported that Kaysuk,
who was subsequently apprehended, stated he killed them because he
suspected his brother-in-law of having an affair with his wife. All
involved had or have extensive police records for criminal offences. (!)

The couple Yağmur (39) and Hidayet Demirkıran (40) encountered
Niyazi Kaysuk (47), who was waiting for them in front of the door, as
they returned to their home in Beyazıt District Kartal Street after
shopping the night before. An argument broke out while the couple was
trying to enter their house. Niyazi Kaysuk opened fire repeatedly on his
sister Yağmur Demirkıran and his brother-in-law with his gun. While the
Demirkıran couple collapsed in blood after bullets hit their heads,
Kaysuk ran away.

Following a report, police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene.
Medical personnel confirmed that the couple had died. The bodies of Hidayet
Demirkıran—who had a record of five criminal offenses (!)—and Yağmur
Demirkıran—who reportedly had a record of six criminal offenses (!)—
were transported to the Bursa Forensic Medicine Institute morgue for
autopsies.

Niyazi Kaysuk, who fled after the incident, was apprehended and taken into
custody yesterday morning. It was reported that the suspect, who has a
record of ten criminal offenses (!), stated during police questioning: "I shot
them because I suspected there was a relationship going on between my
brother-in-law Hidayet and my wife."
