Taking his school's safety into his own hands.
After the recent, horrific school shooting incident in Kahramanmaraş,
an increased focus has been directed toward safety at schools.
However (!), while one would think that school officials would be
the first to reassure students and parents in this regard, the appearance
of a photo of Silivri TOKI Anadolu High School Principal Aydın Dakes
brandishing an automatic rifle on social media has exacerbated the
situation.
Dakes, who is also a candidate for ruling party AKP to be a
parliamentarian (!), attended an international gun show where the
controversial photo was taken.
