In Edirne, amusement park operator H.K. and employee E.K., who were
referred to the courthouse in connection with the death of Sedat Coktaş,
who fell from the "Zero Gravity" ride, were arrested.
The incident occurred the previous evening at the amusement park
located between the Tunca and Meriç bridges on Lausanne Street. Sedat
Çoktaş was thrown from the "Zero Gravity" ride at the amusement park.
Upon noticing the situation, amusement park employees alerted the
authorities, and police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene.
Sedat Çoktaş, who was injured, was taken to Trakya University Faculty
of Medicine Hospital after initial treatment. Despite all efforts by the
doctors, Çoktaş could not be saved.
