Messiahs are coming out of the woodwork!
For many years Hasan Mezarcı has claimed to be the Messiah (!).
In an interview given on November 25, 2000, Mezarcı stated that he
had been told by God three years earlier, while in prison, that he was
Jesus Christ, and announced that he would fulfill his mission with his
apostles.
So (!) when U.S. President Trump posted an image of himself as a
healing Jesus, Mezarcı took great exception, saying "Trump is making
a mistake under the influence of evangelicals. He's staining both God
and Allah. As the Messiah, I am very discomfited by this development."
Yesterday, Trump added another controversial statement to his list.
Mehmet Oz, head of the Center for Health Services and Medicare-
Medicaid in the US, said Trump defended his diet cola consumption
with an interesting justification. Oz stated that Trump believes that
because the cola can kill the grass it is spilled on, it can also kill cancer
cells in the body (!).
Science (fiction)- based medicine...
