       Standard equipment for most Istanbul drivers.

In Istanbul's Maltepe district, a traffic incident occurred and one

of three individuals from one car brandished a knife at the 

driver of the other car, demanding "You will aplogize! Otherwise

I'll cut you to shreds!" 

However (!), once the incident reached social media, police

tracked down the three traffic goons and fined them 542,000 TL

(about $12,000), sequestering their vehicle for 60 days and 

stripping them of their drivers licenses.
