They can look forward to cold showers in jail.
In Istanbul's Esenyurt district on 29 July, F.A. (34) reported to
the police that Indonesian caretaker Jennifer Y.B., who had
worked for F.A. for a year, stole all the jewelry and foreign
exchange in the house, valued at 5 million TL (about $120.000)
while F.A. was taking a shower (!).
Police tracked down Jennifer Y.B. in nearby Bahçelievler,
along with her boyfriend A.A. (40). The couple had already
converted some of the foreign exchange into TL but the
transaction was caught on a security camera.
Jennifer Y.B. and A.A. were taken to jail and the money and
jewelry was returned to F.A.
