"Nip/Tuck" Lives on With Turkish Disciple

Güllü Köse (34), a beauty salon manager, was in the news 2 years ago
as one of a number of victims of phony doctor S.G., who botched
operations for fuller lips in Adana's Seyhan district.  Undaunted,
Güllü hanım has continued with esthetic operations but this time her
skin was burned when she was having permanent make-up removed.

In recent months, Güllü hanım has had operations for her hips, breasts,
legs and waist.  At a private clinic in Samsun, she had work done on
her eyebrows and her cheeks thinned, as well.  After having a child in
her early 20s, Güllü hanım's weight balooned to 105 kilograms, but
she went on a diet and lost 46 kilograms.

In 10 years Güllü hanım has had 22 operations and each time she
has put videos of the operations on her social media page, showing
her before and after pictures.  She explained to her many followers
that "the people I want to look like generally don't live in Turkey.
It's not a bad thing to want to look like someone else or to have others
want to look like you.  Actually, it's a wonderful thing.  I like being
an inspiration to others in this regard."
