                            Shoulda stayed in Tokat.

A family gathering mushrooms in a wooded area of Istanbul's Sancaktepe
area stumbled upon the body of a man with his hands and feet bound by
rope.  The family summoned the Gendarmerie and it was determined
from fingerprints that the body was that of Semih Sevim, who lived in
Tokat province.  When Sevim's family was notified of their son's death
they noted that he hadn't been heard from in a while and that they had
filed a missing persons report about him.

The Gendarmerie checked Sevim's most recent contacts and his social
media accounts, along with the PTS license plate tracking system, in
order to determine who the killer might have been.  It turned out that
the last person Sevim had contact with was his ex-girlfriend Seçil B.,
who had sent Sevim some threatening messages on social media.

In an ensuing operation, Seçil B. and her father C.Ç. were taken into
custody.  An amount of drugs was found in their home.  In her statement
to the Gendarmerie, Seçil B. explained that "Semih and I broke up but
he kept on bothering me.  We had a fight and I killed him. Then I asked
my father for help and we brought Semih's body to the wooded area."
Father and daughter were jailed.
