"Troubled youth" flame out, literally and figuratively.

On the night of 19 December in Şehzadeler district of Manisa province
a fire broke out in the home of an Afghan shepherd family on an animal
fattening farm.  Firefighters arrived and evacuated three people from the
flaming house, one of whom was a child, 12-year-old Narges A., who
succumbed to the burns on 99% of her body and died at a hospital on
2 January.

The Gendarmarie noticed that after Narges's older brother R.A. (16)
was released from the hospital he disappeared and did not participate
in his sister's funeral.  Consequently, on 3 January R.A. and his father
Dadallah A. (35) and mother Fetamef A. (31) were taken into custody.

It turned out that R.A. is a troubled youth (!) and that after an argument
with his father he poured gasoline on the house and set it afire.  As a
result he was jailed for causing the death of his sister.  His parents are
being investigated for giving false statements and "destroying or altering
evidence".
