Not clear whether it was the same rock. Investigation
underway.
In Tunceli, Ayşen Gür (63) was on her way to look at the famous
"Munzur gözeleri" (springs) with her husband and children, walking on
a bridge over the Munzur stream. However (!), when the handrail on the
bridge broke, Ayşen hanım fell just a meter and a half but hit her head
on a rock. The seriously injured woman was taken to a hospital but
could not be saved. Her body has been sent to the Malatya forensic
laboratory for an autopsy.
