Istanbul, M.T. went to Emine K.'s home in Sultanbeyli, arriving there
at 0145 at night.
However (!), as he entered Emine hanım's home, M.T. was greeted by
three men, one of who put a gun to M.T.'s head, while the other two
began to beat him. The muggers took M.T.'s wallet and 1500 TL
(about $200) and fled. Subsequently, M.T. left the building and
checked on his bank accounts, only to find out that 93,500 TL had
been transferred to another person's account. (!)
M.T. contacted the police, who quickly identified the gang that
robbed him. Emine hanım, who has a police record of five previous
