On Taşkent Avenue in the Emek neighborhood of Çankaya

district in Ankara yesterday, a driver became enraged when

another car blocked his exit from a parking lot.  The two

drivers began to argue and one of them, S.A., a took out a 

baseball bat from his car.  

However (!), in response, the other driver, Ö.B.  pulled out a 

revolver and fired into the air.  When police arrived, they 

seized Ö.B.'s license and gun, adding on a monetary fine.
