"We'll get there when we get there."
Karl Bushby (56) began his very long walk in Chile 26 years
ago. Having finished the Turkey portion of his "walk", Bushby
exited the country at the Kapıkule border gate and entered
Bulgaria. He had come into Turkey via Georgia last February,
toured all over Anatolia, and reached Edirne.
Bushby exlaimed that "Turkey is amazing. I've met the best
people here." He noted that the mountains in Turkey had been
difficult to traverse but he marveled at the variety of climates
all the way to the Black Sea coast.
From Bulgaria, Bushby plans to walk across Europe to England.
A rare moment of being stationary.
