Kashoggi Murder: Hit-team Members Dined After Assassination

After the killing of journalist Jamal Kashoggi on 2 October
at the Saudi Consulate in Istanbul, 4 members of the 15-
person hit-team dined in the Florya section of the city and 3
others went to a luxury restaurant in Etiler. 

A Turkish driver, who previously drove the head of the
hit-team, said that he brought 4 of them to the Florya
restaurant.  Yesterday, video images showed 3 of the
hit-team members dining in Etiler on 2 October. 

Saudi soldiers Naif Hassan S Alarifi, Mansour Othman
M Abahussain and Khalid Aedh G Alotaibi departed the
Consulate at 16:53 on the day of Kashoggi's murder and
were driven to the luxury meat restaurant in Etiler at
about 8 o'clock that night in Consulate vehicle bearing
plate number 34 CC 3071.  The 3 hit-team members
dined there with a Consulate official at a reserved table.

After dinner, the 3 hit-team members were taken to
Atatürk Airport where they boarded a private Saudi
jet bearing tail number HZ-SK1 and flew to Dubai.
The next day the three flew from Dubai to Saudi
Arabia.


Florya is at bottom left near Atatürk Airport. Etiler
is near Beşiktaş on the Bosphorus. The Saudi
Consulate is north of Beşiktaş, toward Sarıyer.
