Nigerian "Otunba Cash" Hacker Gang Nabbed in Istanbul

Danish police alerted their Turkish counterparts via Interpol
on 9 May, explaining that the Danish company GM Plast
AŞ had been hacked and $1.4 million of its money sent to
a company called Tekstil Aksesuar Sanayi Ticaret Limited
in Turkey.  Turkish police determined that the company was
a front and took Turks E.D., Z.I. and N.M. into custody.

Istanbul police dug further into the matter and reached a
fraud gang led by Nigerian Emanuel Aneke, who goes by
the name Otunba Cash on social media. The gang hacks
the mail of international companies and committed the
$1.4 million fraud against the Danish company.

Police conducted a raid on the luxury hotel in Istanbul
where Aneke was staying and arreste danother 4 Nigerians
in a luxury villa in Bağcılar, Istanbul.  Aneke's luxury
car was seized and police also took 17 cellphones, 15
SIM cards, 3 flash drives, 4 computers, 1 memory card,
$20,000, 5,000 Euro, 5 necklaces worth $65,000, 3
bracelets, 2 handcuffs, 2 rings, a set of earrings a watch
and other incriminating documents.  All 5 Nigerians were
arrested and incarcerated.


Otunba Cash likes Istanbul cuz it never snows in
