Somebody musta poked a stick in the hive.
At around noon on 3 December in Erenler, Sakarya province, C.B.
parked his tanker truck improperly and unsafely in a gas station
operated by S.Y., who admonished C.B.for his poor parking.
Naturally, an argument ensued, but it didn't last too long.
However (!), at about seven-thirty that evening C.B., armed with a
gun and accompanied by H.B., E.B., E.B., E.B., Y.B. and four other
unidentified individuals, stormed the gas station. H.B. shot S.Y.
in the chest and right leg, also shooting A.A. in the groin area.
Lying bloodied on the ground, S.Y. was pummeled with bats and
fists.
S.Y. was taken to a hospital for treatment and released. A.A. went
to the hospital, as well. As for C.B., he turned himself in at a police
station. Six of the attackers were taken into custody and two of
them were jailed, while the four others were released on judicial
supervision.
