From Kidnapped Cows, A 'Moooo' for Help!

                  "Beats walking. I could get used to this."

At 3 o'clock in the morning yesterday on the Kapıçam-Tevekkeli
road in Kahramanmaraş, a team from the Dulkadiroğlu Gendarmerie
Command ordered two passing vehicles - plate numbers 46 VG 958
(Malatya) and 44 EP 987 (Kahramanmaraş) - to stop.  The drivers,
however, ignored the warning and hot pursuit began.

The cars were stopped and in the back seat of each of them were
two stolen cows (!)  O.K. (28), U.S. (36), H.B. (28) and S.G. (19)
were taken into custody.  They had stolen the cows while they were
grazing in a field in Çevrepınar village.  The Gendarmerie returned
the cows to owner N.K.


The area in question is just SE of Kahramanmaraş
city.
