These humorless guys didn't get the punch line.

The incident occurred in the evening at the Miray Apartments in Devteşti
quarter of Şanlıurfa.  A woman from Osmaniye named S.A. sent a message
to a friend, saying that she would commit suicide.  The receipient of the
message called police in a panic, requesting assistance. Police went to
S.A.'s home together with health and rescue teams.

After ringing the bell and getting no response, officials decided to
forceably enter the flat. As they readied a sledge hammer to smash the door,
S.A. opened the door with a baby in her arms and said her suicide text was
a joke (!).  Unamused, the rescue team leader scolded S.A., saying "3 teams
have spent an hour trying to save you and you're telling me it was a joke?!"
