We're always learning new words - 'güğüm', albeit dented.
In Samsun, manager A.I.B. argued with worker E.B., accusing the
latter of not showering. E.B. retorted "how am I supposed to take
a shower?! Is there any water here?!" The argument balooned and
A.I.B. grabbed the 'güğüm' (copper jug) on top of the stove and
smacked it on E.B.'s head.
E.B. filed a police complaint against A.I.B., who was fined 3,000 TL
(about $600). The dented 'güğüm' was placed in the police evidence
room and was deemed a weapon of a crime.
