The hunters get hunted...
In Kenton-on-Sea, South Africa, lions in the Sibuya protected area
ate one or more rhino poachers who were after rhino horns there.
The poachers had come with silencer-equipped hunting rifles, axes
and barb-wire scissors to kill the rhinos but the lions ate them instead.
...yummy!

Mom get's some urgent pre-natal care.
In Çankırı, passers-by noticed that a 2-year-old Rotweiller street dog
was in difficulty so the dog was taken to the Municipal Street Animals
Treatment and Rehabilitation Center. After examining the dog, the
veterinarian determined that the animal needed an urgent cesarean
operation. In consequence, 12 puppies were delivered. Veterinarian
Zekeriya Öcal stated that the mother is doing well but the pups are
in intensive care because of lack of oxygen.
12! Count 'em!
